今日我哋正式呈現第12期團隊項目萬眾期待嘅成果－灣仔！🎊

由金鐘東行，去到灣仔，你會發現呢度嘅大廈明顯同中環、金鐘嘅唔同。除咗係個商業區，灣仔同時係住宅、商業、購物同娛樂一應俱全嘅地方🛍。今日展示嘅街區就係一個好例子。面積細細就已經有一間酒店、三棟住宅、四棟商用物業全部黐埋一齊。而係地面就有林林總總嘅商舖同餐廳🍴。同時，我哋亦重現街區中名為聚賢里嘅後巷，綜合埋以上嘅元素，希望可以捕捉到灣仔嘅密集。🏙

走過晏頓街，可以見到一棟八角形嘅寫字樓同隔離嘅地盤，同由太古集團擁有。八角大廈正式叫做軒尼詩道28號，於2012年竣工，原址為喺2010年拆卸嘅大生商業大廈。喺軒尼詩到側邊嘅地盤，太古集團則計畫起一座28層高嘅商廈，預計2023年完工。

Today we’re officially presenting our long-awaited recreation of our 12th community project - Wan Chai! 🎊

Heading east from Admiralty, we now enter the boundary of Wan Chai District. Here we can see buildings that differ from those in Central and Admiralty. Other than commercial buildings, in Wan Chai, you can also find many residential, entertainment, and shopping buildings and facilities standing right next to one another. 🏘

The block showcased today is one great example of a typical Wan Chai block. In this area alone, we can find a hotel, 3 residential buildings, and 4 commercial ones sandwiched🥪 together. On the ground floor, you can even find a variety of different shops and restaurants that provide goods and services to people who visit. We have also recreated Tsui In Lane, the back alley that sits within the block, to capture Wan Chai’s character.🌆

Across Anton Street, we can see an octagonal office building, and a redevelopment site🏗, both owned by Swire Group. The octagonal office building, officially named 28 Hennessy Road, was completed in 2012, two years after the demolition of the site’s prior Tai Sang Commercial Building. Next to 28 Hennessy Road, sits the site where Swire planned to construct a 28-storey commercial building 🏢, which is scheduled to be completed by 2023.
