慧安園位於將軍澳毓雅里9號，由南豐集團發展，喺1994年6月入伙，係寶林第一個私人屋苑。屋苑有四座，樓高40層，提供共1280個單位。除咗平台花園，慧安園亦有網球場🎾、游泳池🏊🏻‍♂️、桑拿室♨️等畀住客用。

佢樓下嘅慧安商場設有唔少街坊小店，例如有小食店同印刷鋪🖨等等。由於將軍澳嘅商場都係以連鎖店為主，呢個商場滿足咗區內居民嘅唔同民生需要。除咗街坊之外，附近中學嘅學生都鍾意去慧安商場嘅小店消費。

慧安園隔離係富麗花園同旭輝臺。富麗花園位於寶琳毓雅里7號，由昌生物業發展，喺同年九月入伙。屋苑設有游泳池、羽毛球場🏸等設施。樓下商場有7/11、餐廳同安老院👴🏻👵🏻進駐。旭輝臺係由房協興建嘅夾屋，1999年4月入伙。屋苑平台設會所，提供健身室、桌球室等設施。

Completed in 1994 by developer Nan Fung group, Well On Garden was the first-ever private estate in Po Lam, a smaller region within Tseung Kwan O. The estate only has 4 blocks, each with 40 floors, making up a total of 1280 apartments. Other than a garden built on the podium room, it also provides facilities such as tennis courts, a swimming pool and a sauna for the residents.

The mall that occupies the bulk of its podium, Well On Shopping Arcade, hosts a variety of small neighbourhood shops, such as snack bars and printing businesses 🖨. Due to the relatively modern development in the TKO area, most malls are occupied by high-end luxury chains and restaurants🍱, so this arcade provides the much-needed daily goods to not only local residences, but also secondary students in the vicinity.

Right next to Well On Garden are two smaller estates: Finery Park and Radiant Towers, both with only a pair of towers each. The former was completed just months after Well On Garden by Cheong Sun Development, featuring also a swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♂️ and badminton courts. The podium mall has a 7-Eleven convenient store 🏪 and a retirement home. Radiant Towers is instead a government-backed Sandwich Class Housing development built by the Hong Kong Housing Society, completed in 1999. It also provides a clubhouse, gym room and snooker tables 🎱.
