賽馬會創新樓位於紅磡漆咸道南，屬於香港理工大學。創新樓起工於2009年，喺2013年中竣工。原址嘅李格致運動場，先後被改建成創新樓(V座)同埋隔離X座。🔭

位於大學校園西北處，創新樓嘅總樓面作業面積大約12,000平方米 (130,000平方英尺)，可以供1800名師生使用。大樓依家係設計學院所在地，以支援相關專業範疇嘅發展。📐✂️

大樓由知名建築師薩哈·哈帝設計。大樓設計係喺2007年經由比賽選出，比賽以「象徵同推動香港🇭🇰 發展成為亞洲設計中心嘅標誌建築🗽」為題。哈帝同佢團隊希望融合經典嘅大樓同平台設計，創造一個無縫流暢🌊嘅新結構，並創造一個由入口處就令遊客理解大樓設計特色嘅建築物。結果，創新樓設計由薩哈·哈帝建築師樓贏得。

2011年，🏇香港賽馬會撥款2.49億港幣贊助興建創新樓。於是大樓被冠名為賽馬會創新樓。

Jockey Club Innovation Tower is a building of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University🏫 , located on Chatham Road South in Hung Hom, Kowloon. Construction of the tower started in 2009 and was completed in mid-2013. The tower (aka Block V) and neighbouring Block X now sits on what was previously the Keith Legg Sports Field. 🥅

Located at the northwestern tip of the university campus, the tower provides some 12,000 square metres (130,000 sq ft) of net operational floor area and is able to accommodate about 1,800 staff and students👥. The tower houses the School of Design (SD) and supports the development of its specialisations. 🎨

The tower was designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. A competition was held to find the best building design in 2007. The competition brief called for "a beacon structure 🌟 symbolising and driving the development of Hong Kong as a design hub in Asia 🌏." Hadid and her team’s solution was to "dissolve ... the classic typography of tower and podium to create a seamlessly fluid 🌊 new structure ... creat[ing] a building which is inherently organised and understood to visitors from the point of entry", winning her firm the competition. Thus, Hadid’s design was used.

In 2011, the Hong Kong Jockey Club🏇 approved funding of HK$249 million for the Innovation Tower. The tower was therefore renamed Jockey Club Innovation Tower.
